Getting here

  • By air: Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (LKO) is roughly 30–45 minutes from campus, with direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Dubai, Muscat, Sharjah and Bangkok, plus connections through Delhi (DEL) for most international routes.
  • Transfers: prepaid airport taxis, Uber and Ola are available at arrivals. A shared shuttle for registered delegates will operate on 7 and 8 February; opt in during registration.
  • By train: Lucknow Charbagh (LKO) and Gomti Nagar stations connect to Delhi, Kolkata and most major Indian cities.

Visa guidance for international delegates

Most international delegates travel on an Indian e-Conference visa or e-Tourist visa. Conference visas usually require an invitation letter from the host and, for some nationalities, political and event clearance — so apply early. Once your registration is confirmed, the organising team can issue an official invitation letter.

February weather

Lucknow in February is dry and mild: roughly 10–13°C in the early morning and 24–27°C by afternoon. Mornings and evenings are genuinely cool, especially outdoors.
