What we collect
Delegate registration details (name, email, organisation, country, delegate type), partnership enquiry details, newsletter email addresses, and anonymous analytics about how the site is used. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site.
How we use it
Solely to process registrations, respond to enquiries, send event logistics and updates, and understand which regions and referral channels reach delegates. We never sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run the event.

Essential cookies keep the site working. Optional analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — and, where applicable, the GDPR — you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to lab@dignityeducation.org and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Registration and enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after the event, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
