Ministerial and institutional delegations

Registration is free. Delegations arrange their own travel, visa and accommodation; the organising team handles protocol on campus.

Why bring a delegation

Registration is free for all delegates. It includes all three days of plenaries, panels and workshops; conference materials and the FLN Booster Package overview; lunch and refreshments on campus; the FLN Expo; and the Day 3 school field visit (places allocated at registration). Delegates arrange and fund their own travel, visa and accommodation. Delegate places are reviewed and confirmed by the organising team.

In India the Lab sits inside the NIPUN Bharat mission and the National Education Policy 2020 goal of universal foundational literacy and numeracy by Grade 3. Uttar Pradesh — 240 million people — is running one of the world's largest FLN accelerations, and delegates can step from a plenary into a live government classroom in the same week.

Confirmed delegations

How your data is used

  • Collected: Delegation member names and roles, contact details, travel dates and any protocol requirements.
  • Purpose: Registering your delegation and arranging protocol, bilaterals and logistics.
  • Processed by: Your details are processed by Dignity Education Vision International and the Global Education & Training Institute, with Zoho as processor.
  • Retention: Registration and enquiry data is kept for 24 months after the event; visa-letter data for 90 days after the event; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
  • Your rights: You may ask us to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, at any time.
