Terms of Use

1. The event

The Global Learning Lab 2027 (“the Lab”) is an international education summit organised by Dignity Education Vision International and hosted by City Montessori School (CMS), 8–10 February 2027, at the World Unity Convention Centre, City Montessori School, Lucknow. Sessions, speakers, dates and venue arrangements are indicative and may change; material changes are published on this site and emailed to registered delegates.

2. Registration and confirmation

Registration is free for all delegates. It includes all three days of plenaries, panels and workshops; conference materials and the FLN Booster Package overview; lunch and refreshments on campus; the FLN Expo; and the Day 3 school field visit (places allocated at registration). Delegates arrange and fund their own travel, visa and accommodation. Delegate places are reviewed and confirmed by the organising team.

Submitting a registration is a request to attend, not a confirmed place. The organising team reviews and confirms delegates and may decline or withdraw registrations at its discretion — for example where details are incomplete, inaccurate or the venue capacity is reached.

3. Delegate accounts

Registered delegates create an account using their email address, verified with a one-time code, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account. Enable multi-factor authentication for additional protection. We may suspend accounts that are misused or that provide false information.

4. Invitation letters and visa support

Confirmed delegates may receive a personalised invitation letter on the official letterhead, approved by the organising team, to support visa and travel applications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, designation, organisation and address shown on the letter — review them in your dashboard and request corrections before downloading. Invitation letters confirm event registration only; they do not guarantee a visa, and the organisers cannot influence immigration decisions.

5. Speaker and session submissions

Session proposals and expressions of interest in speaking are reviewed by the programme team, whose decisions are final. If your profile is approved for publication, your name, photo, designation, organisation, country, short biography and full biography will appear on this website. This also applies to approved attendee profiles for existing and future registrations; a dashboard notice replaces a separate publication-consent checkbox. Private registration information is not published, and you may contact the organising team about privacy concerns. You confirm that any material you submit is your own and does not infringe others' rights.

6. Conduct and safeguarding

All delegates accept the Code of Conduct and Child Safeguarding at registration. Breaches may result in removal from the event without refund of any costs you have incurred.

7. Media and consent

Sessions may be photographed, filmed and recorded for publication, reporting and archive purposes. By attending you consent to such capture; delegates who prefer not to appear should notify the registration desk on arrival and sit in designated no-filming areas where provided.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, the Global Learning Lab brand and the ALfA materials are the intellectual property of Dignity Education Vision International unless stated otherwise. Partner and speaker logos and photos remain the property of their owners. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial content, logos or recordings without written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The site embeds third-party services such as Google Maps and a translation widget, and links to external sites. These are provided for convenience; their terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The website and its content are provided “as is”. The programme cost estimator is illustrative only — it applies published per-child costs and effect-size ranges from third-party research and is not a quotation, an offer, or a prediction of results in any specific context. To the extent permitted by law, the organisers are not liable for indirect losses, travel or accommodation costs, or losses arising from event changes, cancellations or force majeure events (including epidemics, natural disasters, government orders or venue unavailability).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
