Delegate code of conduct
- Treat every delegate, host, teacher, pupil and member of staff with respect.
- Harassment of any kind is not tolerated and results in removal from the event.
- Reporting route: TEAM INPUT: safeguarding lead name and email
Child safeguarding on field visits
- Delegates are never alone with children.
- Follow the host teacher's instructions at all times.
- No photographs or video of children without the school's written consent.
- No personal data of children is collected.
- Children's faces are not published on social media without consent.
Photography and filming
The organisers' photographers are consent-cleared. Delegates may be photographed during the Lab; you can opt out at registration.
